🫎 From the Office: Bonjour, Hello Tuscany families! We want to say another big thank you! Merci beaucoup! We raised $1422.66 from our Terry Fox run that has been donated to Cancer Research on behalf of our amazing students and families. What an incredible start to the year! We hope you're not surprised to hear that we caught even more little Tuscany moose doing some serious learning this week! Our grade 1, 1e année have had the most fun in their colours week! Our grade 5’s also had the best time on their Activate field trip. Thank you to all our volunteers for joining them on this very cool learning trip. Our grade 3 English students were analyzing the most interesting birds' nests and became little scientists when they asked their wonder questions. We also caught our whole school doing some seriously snazzy drumming in music with Mr. Chapman! Thank you to the amazing Teacher Appreciation team for the lovely spread they provided for staff on Meet the Teacher night. The choices you made were wonderful and we felt so well cared for. We hope you all enjoyed Meet the Teacher! FEES There are an unprecedented number of outstanding field trip fees from last school year that have not been paid. Please check your mycbe account to see if you are owing money and pay those outstanding fees. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Also, a reminder that if your child stays at school over lunch time you must register each child for lunch supervision. The following email was sent home this week if you need assistance with how to complete this task: CBE Parent PowerSchool Accounts are now enabled for Lunch Supervision Registration. Parents - If your child is staying at Tuscany School over the lunch period you must register for this service. Tuscany School offers a 4 day Lunch Supervision Program for students in grades 1-6 that wish to stay at the school over lunch break. This is a user-paid program and there is a fee associated with it. This fee is charged to all students who access the lunchroom program. Lunch Supervision Services · Lunch Supervision is offered to all students in Grades 1- 6 · Gr. 1 student families utilizing Lunch Supervision for the first time, please be aware that you must register · Registration is available using MyCBE / PowerSchool. · More information for parents can be found on the corporate website under Programs - Noon supervision The fee for the 2025-26 School Year is $350.00 or $35.00 per month. You may make monthly incremental payments online. ️️ Updates: Next week Ms. Batchelor's class will be away at Zoo School! Can we please respectfully ask families to dismount their bikes when riding to and from school, especially when you are passing through the playground. We ask you to not ride your bike through students, on the playgrounds, compounds or sidewalks during morning drop off and pick up so we can ensure everyone's safety. Thank you for your consideration.
