Bonjour and Hello, Tuscany School Families!
Can you believe we are in June! As we enter the final month of the school year, we want to take a moment to celebrate all that our students have accomplished. It has been wonderful to see their growth, learning, and perseverance. While there is certainly a lot of excitement in the air, there is still plenty of meaningful learning happening in our classrooms every day. Students continue to work hard, build new skills, and engage in enriching learning experiences right up until the last day of school.
June is also a month filled with special events, celebrations, field trips, year-end activities, and opportunities to recognize the many successes of our students. We look forward to creating lasting memories together while maintaining our focus on learning and growth.
We are excited to finish the school year strong and celebrate all that our students have achieved!... especially at our end of year BBQ!
Tuscany End of Year Family BBQ!
We are so excited to invite you all to our Year End Barbecue! Pack your picnic blankets and lawn chairs and join us on the compound to celebrate the end of the school year! Tickets for meals are now on sale through Showpass. We have done our very best to ensure there is a meal option to accommodate the most common food restrictions, please reach out if you have any questions about the ingredient list or for allergy information! If you prefer to bring your own food, please pack a picnic and join us for all the other fun activities, no purchase necessary! Our event will go ahead rain or shine, please make sure to dress accordingly as all activities will be outdoors! These events can not happen without the help of volunteers. Please consider signing up to help out! As a bonus, all volunteers will be able to skip the food line! As this is a family event, all children are to be accompanied by an adult, there will be no childcare provided. We are so excited to welcome Four Boys Ice Cream and Sugar Cube YYC back as our onsite vendors with treats for purchase! ️ Lost and Found:
Our lost and found pile is VERY large! When we say overflowing we mean OVERFLOWING.... 2 big garbage bags, all of our hooks, and a table mountain of lost items! If your child has lost any clothing at school, please stop by the office to check it out. We donate any unclaimed items at the start of summer break, so you have some time to come and claim any lost items.
It would really help if students' sweaters, shoes and hats etc. Anything that would come off at school is clearly labelled so we can easily return it to them.
