Dear Tuscany School Families,

Parent-Teacher Conferences are a key part of our communication strategy regarding your child’s progress. Please plan on booking and attending an ONLINE individual Conference time with your child’s teacher. 

School Conferences will be held ONLINE on Thursday, March 20 and Friday, March 21, 2025. 

Important Dates

• Now: MyCBE set up is available, if you do not already have an account
• Thursday, March 13: Scheduling of conferences opens for parents at 7:00am using your CBE PowerSchool account
• Thursday, March 20: School Conferences from 4:00pm to 7:30pm – No school for KINDERGARTEN students on this day as daytime conferences will be held for Kindergarten
• Friday, March 21: School Conferences from 8:00am to 12:00pm - No School for all students on this day

Booking a Conference

You will be utilizing your MyCBEParent Account to schedule conference times. Booking opens at 7:00am on Thursday, March 13.

For these online conferences, each participant will receive an email with the meeting link.

If you have not yet done so, parents will need to create a new account at MyCBE using your student’s CBE ID number.

• Once you have scheduled your Conference, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the meeting date and time. If you do not receive an email, please check your “Junk” or “Spam” folder for it.
